We believe in clear, predictable pricing for repeatable assessments. Our standard AI Vulnerability Assessment ($6,000) and AI Compliance Audit ($9,000) packages cover the vast majority of systems. However, when a project involves high regulatory exposure or multiple system dependencies, we move to a custom, scoped quote. This is not based on arbitrary time tracking, but on the risk profile and operational complexity of the AI system being assessed.
We switch to a custom quote when a project meets three or more of the following signals: more than two distinct LLM/AI models, compliance mapping across three or more frameworks, on-prem or isolated VPC deployments, or turnaround requirements faster than 5–10 business days.

This factor determines the legal rigor and reporting depth required for the final artifact. We price the value of risk prevention, not just the hours spent testing.

Price escalation triggers:
- PII / HIPAA / financial data flowing through the system.
